Daily Checklists

In our relaxed way of schooling, we tend after a while to fall into doing nothing…. or at least not doing what I feel like we need to be doing. It is in these times that I start doubting my abilities to educate my children and start looking into packaged curriculums. We have been in such a funk for a few weeks now, and I have indeed begun looking at my options. Since we are already in April, a time when we typically put away our basics and start working in the garden and doing more real life stuff, I made a list of things I think each of the kids should be doing on any given day and gave them a time limit… to be done by the time Dad gets home from work at 5pm.
